Q: How long does processing take?
A: Each item is produced in small batches to ensure premium quality. Processing typically takes 1–2 weeks before shipping.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: After processing, shipping usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on your location. International shipping may take longer.
Q: Why does it take longer than other stores?
A: We focus on small-batch production and quality control. Every piece is carefully checked to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Q: What if my order is delayed?
A: Occasionally, production or shipping may take longer due to demand or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you via email with the updated shipping timeframe.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
